With 25 years of experience in athletics and coaching, combined with over 15 years in various leadership roles within National Governing Bodies, and two years of specialized consulting, I bring a skill set uniquely positioned to help your NGB. NGBs face increasing compliance and administrative requirements, along with growing competition for members and events from organizations that don’t have the same requirements. This is happening while resources, especially human resources, are in short supply for temporary or seasonal needs like audits, investigations, and conflict of interest reporting.
